Botanical Garden Bnejamín F. Johnson. (Sinaloa park)

Its founder, Benjamin F. Johnston hired an American landscape architect named Florence Yoch to design and build the garden known as Sinaloa Park. Florence traveled the world in search of new species of flora to show in this important project, these organisms proven mainly of: India, Africa, Spain, Arabia, Sumatra, Java, Siam, Philippines, Australia and China. These places have a common feature in all sugarcane crops.
The plans of this project were made in 1929; it was not until March 1930 when it began with the work of the main avenues and walkers. Yoch divided the land into four parts with a cross-shaped shaft as well as the garden of the medieval monastery found in Italy.
Usually the park is visited for sports walks because of its great extension, it is an ideal recreational place where one can enjoy a day outdoors, knowing a great variety of species of flora and fauna that are conserved, of the most varied world-widedestinations.
